Thinking about a career with Flexovit USA? It was one of the best thoughts I ever had and the best career move I ever made. In April of 1992, I answered an ad in the Los Angeles Times for a company needing a sales representative in Southern CA. The company was of course Flexovit USA. It didn't take long to realize the choice I made was the right one. Being subjected to one of the best training programs available, and being entrusted with the best resources to be a successful sales professional, Flexovit immediately impressed upon me the resolve it had for becoming the leader in their industry. Technical Sales Representative

Thank you for the opportunity to provide a testimonial about my experiences with Flexovit. To have a better understanding of how excited I am to be a part of Flexovit, I need to describe where I came from. My prior company was operated under the idea that the salesmen was expendable. They did not see the value in training, in providing sales tools, or in rewarding the salesmen for their results. Artificial barriers were put in place to limit commissions or additional charges accessed to prevent someone from earning too much.

Flexovit on the other hand, has provided every sales tool I need. There hasn’t been any reservation about providing the tools necessary to get business; a company car, business credit card, laptop, wireless connection, and cell phone, to name a few. Flexovit also expends a lot of money and time in training so that I am better prepared to sell our products. In addition, Flexovit has put no boundaries on my sales. There are not artificial barriers or limits to the commissions one can earn. I truly believe that Flexovit has given me every opportunity to excel.
