Flexovit products are consistently shipped within hours of receipt of orders, while maintaining a 95% line item fill rate.

Factory trained personnel are always available to respond to customer questions, as well as make product recommendations.

Because we have control of our processes, we have the flexibility to respond to customers' special needs in a timely manner.

Flexovit maintains documented procedures for identification and tracking of products throughout the manufacturing process and into the field.

Raw materials are sourced only from pre-qualified suppliers. There are no exceptions and no shortcuts in this process.

All Flexovit processes and procedures are monitored on an ongoing basis. Daily monitoring of the system by a full time Surveillance Auditor. Quarterly assessments by an eight(8) member internal auditing team. Semiannual quality system audits by a third party accredited ISO registrar.
